New account page and login process!
We have just made some important updates to Icevape.is to improve access, customer experience and quality of life!
What's new:
- New login system
- New Customer account page
- Option to order again the same items from your previous orders
- Better overview of past orders
Note: Customers who already have an active account will not need to do anything, your account is automatically transferred over to the new account
New login system
You no longer need a password. Instead, simply enter your email address and we'll send you a 6-digit PIN code by email - use that to log in. It's automatic and quick
Customers with a "Shop" account can also use that to log in directly.
Customers with a previous account can use the email linked to that account to log in with the new method
New customers - registration form
New customers will be asked to fill out a short registration form before their first order. This is a one-time step and takes only few seconds.
NOTE: If you see this error message when checking out: "You must be logged in with an approved account to make a purchase"
Simply click the Icevape logo at the top of the page to access the registration form. Once submitted, you can proceed with your order immediately.
This step will be replaced with Electronic ID in the near future.
Reorder!
If you click the small person icon in the top right corner of the site, you'll access your account page and see an overview of your previous orders.
There you can see all your previous orders and next to each of them is a button to reorder the same items and add them straight to your cart — though some items may not always be in stock.
Simple and easy.
Having trouble?
In rare cases, customers who previously had an account may experience a loading error when first logging in with the new system. The fix is simple — clear your browser's cache/cookies and try again.
Alternative option is to use a different browser.
